Jewish history has been defined by a pattern of crisis followed by a radical break with the past and a remake of Jewish practice, notions of self and peoplehood. Confronted by numerous challenges over the centuries, we have persevered because of our ability to fundamentally transform ourselves.
The challenge we face today may be our greatest. Together, we’ll explore emerging trends pre-and post-quarantine and look back to see if history might advise and enlighten us about dark days ahead.
